Training at Pro Football Factory is designed to be simple, focused, and effective — whether it’s one-on-one or in a small group.

Before each session, I take time to understand player goals, background, and priorities to ensure training is fully tailored to individual needs. Sessions blend technical repetitions, game-like drills, and position-specific scenarios to maximize growth and confidence on the ball.

A typical session begins with a 5–10 minute dynamic warm-up, followed by 20–30 minutes of core technical work such as ball mastery, receiving, striking, and 1v1 skills. From there, we transition into 15–20 minutes of game-like constraints using small-sided and decision-making drills, before finishing with a cool-down and personalized feedback.

Semi-private sessions (2–6 players) follow the same structure, offering the added benefits of shared learning, competition, and team-like collaboration — while still allowing me to provide individualized feedback and attention.

After each session, I provide quick notes and optional “homework” so players know exactly what to focus on between sessions. All you need to bring is water and the right footwear (turf or FG cleats depending on location).
